Refund policy


Returns / Exchanges

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone since the delivery of your items unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

Additionally, we must be notified of any damages to your prints within 24hrs of delivery. When returning your order it must be unused and in the same, sellable condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 

‘Personalised’ Returns

Each personalised sign/print is created and made bespoke to order with your own personal photos/artwork/images and therefore we cannot be liable should you upload a blurry/pixelated file as our printers are only as good as the image provided. Due to this, personalised orders are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Only personalised orders damaged in transit are liable for a replacement of which we must be notified within 24hrs of delivery.
